Terence Mahlatini is a Software Engineer at Multicoreware Inc., specializing in machine learning systems and related compiler technology. Alongside his engineering career, he is deeply passionate about economic, technological, and human capital development in Zimbabwe. His experiences with Zimbabwean NGOs, including Uncommon and EdMatters, fuel his vision for scalable, sustainable solutions that empower the country's youth. Terence holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Whitman College.

Fidelity Ndali is a quantitative researcher and Oxford alumnus specialising in mathematical and epidemiological modelling, machine learning, and data analytics. He holds an MSc in Modelling for Global Health from the University of Oxford and a First-Class BSc Honours in Applied Mathematics with Economics from the University of Zimbabwe. His research focuses on infectious diseases, climate-sensitive health threats, health economics, and data-driven decision-making, with experience spanning TB, malaria, dengue, and chikungunya modelling across Africa.
